Pathetic Service from fedhealth.

My documents were sent at the beginning of January for review. The agent that was assigned to my case, seemed to have been sleeping. She was absolutely ***********. She couldn't do her job properly and we had to suffer. She was delayed in updated my profile.

Fedhealth needs to speed up their service. I would not recommend it to anyone.
