<p>I cancelled my membership with Fedhealth in Oct 2016. During the voice recorded cancellation call i was told that my debit order would include all outsanding monies. To my suprise in 2017 I was still receiving statements, I decided to open one of the statements and it indicated an outstanding amount of R434. I immediately contacted the call center where the consultant appologies for the error in the companies part and asked me to pay the outstaning R434. </p> <p>After making the outstanding payment I am still receiving sms's and emails saying I need to pay legal fees. I have sent several emails complaining that I will not be liable for legal fees that a direct result of incompetence on Fedhealth's part. </p> <p>Farhaad Balim refuses to pull my recorded telephone calls as proof of the information I was given when I cancelled my membership. Instead he keeps telling me I am liable for legal fees that are not my fault to begin with. </p> <p>This is my first step, if I am not assited, I will continue to escalate this matter!</p>
