***** service!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not join this medical aid

My membership was suspended in September of 2017 and I had an outstanding balance on my account that i had to pay. I was first advised that I owed seven thousand something, and when i disputed that I was sent an apology sms and advised the outstanding balance is R790. I made arrangements to pay the amount and when I settled the account and i requested for a letter confirming this I was advised apologies , there is an outstanding amount that was on hold.

I do not accept this and if it is not sorted, I am taking this matter further.
