The most unhelpful, scheming scheme ever. Allowed 2 Chronic prescription go through on my premiership AFTER it was terminated, held me accountable for it, R 2111, are you ****** crazy? Membership terminated 30/09/2018, end of Oct & Nov allowed this to go through, then after I threw a hissy fit, it was reversed, still there is R 944 outstanding, have been requesting what this has been for for over a ****** year, asked statements etc, NOW all of a sudden, it has increased AGAIN to over R 1900????!!!! Really? Staff are ***********, refuse to assist, ignore you & then I get demands, it is my RIGHT as consumer to request statements for a product I paid for to see what the supplier paid who and for what for & for which person, but Fedhealth REFUSES. ***** occurred on this medical aid, and now Fedhealth is trying to cover their ass and making me want to pay for it. 48 hours, then I will report this to the Board of Medicals schemes.

When did they try and phone? Nope, check my call register. Over utilizing savings? Where? I have requested a statement NUMEROUS times, 7 days. Then I will take this to the board of Medical Schemes and give Fedhealth up for *****. And FYI, I want everything in writing, talking to call center agents is no use, cause I have no proof. I WILL NOT PAY FOR THINGS I DID NOT USE.

I want a statement, showing where those funds went to, finish. If you cannot provide me with that, this is *****. Just like the chronic medication that was given to whom ever when the Medical aid was no longer active.
