Forced waiting period

I have been on Fedhealth for a number of years. My wife - who has also been on medical aid - wants to come to the same medical aid plan. Fedhealth insists on penalising her as her swap is "voluntary."

She has a perfectly clean medical history and we want to consolidate medical aid schemes.

We're both moving to another scheme because of this.
