I'm am totally baffled by the elect plan offered by fedhealth paying for medical aid gives you access to private hospitals not this plan your network is only related to government hospitals. I have never heard of such a bull**** medical aid plan because firstly you don't need medical aid for a government hospital! I cannot believe that they are selling this **** to people and then afterwards tell you it's your responsibility to check it is the responsibility of the medical aid scheme to inform you of such things because the basic assumption of medical aid is that you have access to private hospitals how the **** do you pay medical aid monthly for a government hospital network I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with fedhealth as this is misleading I am now pregnant and cannot even move to a hospital plan to cover me for my hospital expenses at parklane I refuse to go to Helen Joseph which is the only government hospital on this bull**** medical aid plan this was not advised when I took out this plan that I'll only be covered for government hospitals if I had known this I would have opted for a higher plan I have been paying my premiums and paying for my consultations out of my pocket I definitely would never recommend fedhealth to anyone I know because this is not medical aid it is a joke u pay a premium of 1400 pm to still be sent to a government facility how the **** do they sell this **** to people?
