First month as member - a joke!!

<p>I recently joined Fedhealth as a member </p> <p>Not only could Fedhealht (due to technical issues) not deduct my premium</p> <p>But they deducted it twice R1640 on 01/08 and R1640 on 02/08</p> <p>I spoke to Rose - and all this *********** person said is it is not possible</p> <p>I asked 3 times for her supervisor and was put on hold indefinitely.</p> <p>**** SERVICE FROM THE WORD GO!!!!</p> <p> </p>
