FINISHED PAYING NOW BEING HANDED OVER

Fedhealth paid a medical bill after my mom cancelled her membership. Quite rightly she should pay it back. We didn't know until a year later however. Even so, she has been paying R100 every month and now that she owes R192.02 per the sms, she gets a phone call to say she owes R896.27! She phones me and I phone FH just to have this person tell me that they can't send me an amount outstanding in writing because it's handed over. Eventually, after nearly an hour, I get put through to the collections dept who, after yaddah yaddah'ing with them, sends me a detailed account showing the original amount and CPB Trace dated Feb 2015 and Final Collection Commission dated 09/03/2013 ... TODAY!!!<br> She should not have been handed over since she was PAYING EVERY MONTH!!
