Fine print ******* and rude assistance

Beware of the fine print. After attempting to resolve an issue with an outrageous co-payment, I was informed that it was a procedure co-payment. However, despite asking multiple times for clarification on which procedure, they could not provide a clear answer. When I escalated the issue to a senior representative (Thabiso Peterson), their response was dismissive and rude "You wanted to speak to a senior, I'm here now let me talk". This unprofessional attitude only reinforced my decision to consider switching to a more reliable medical scheme. If you're not prepared to handle co-payments of between 20-30K per year, I strongly recommend exploring alternative schemes that better value your money.
