I received a message on the 13th of November to say that my membership is suspended due to arrear contributions of R9144.00. After doing a recon, I found that I shortpaid with R1049 and was not acctually in arrears with R9144.00 - I immediately paid the oustanding amount of R1049, and send the POP through to the Creditors department, together with a recon early morning on the 14th. Today I sent a follow up mail since I have not heard from them and are forever on hold when trying to call. Still no feedback.
