FH admit is error but still doesn't pay

FH has not paid for tests paid even after admitting the error is on their side. Sent me correspondence to say that the problem has been corrected, KJC26171, and the supplier would be paid PAY DATE: 27/08/2015 but still has not. This is the second 2nd test FH has not paid while we were in hospital. Call center said they have to re-submit AGAIN.<br> <br> Over the past 2yrs FH's service has consistently gone down, their rules have become more restrictive and while their prices to make it harder for clients to get descent medical services all while the prices have increased significantly. <br> <br> Im cancelling FH. Rather get **** service from a medical that at least offers perks like GYM and MOVIE CARDS, petrol rewards, etc etc.
