Felxi fed 2 more expensive with the same terrible benifits

I Have been with fedhealth for almost 5 years and i recently went onto a higher plan in December for the maternity benefits for my wife who is pregnant. Still they do not pay any portion of the gynae fees as she is not on their scheme, well this is their new excuse i have called 5 times for the same issue with them and everytime i get a different excuse. Whatever you do, please do not join them as they are absolutely useless and personally i feel that i am paying almost 4k per month and get nothing in return, they also handle queries very poorly
