FEFHEALTH - VERY BAD MEDICAL SCHEME
Fedhealth Medical Scheme basically stole 8 months of premiums from August 2022 till March 2023 from me. Terminated my membership without notifying me and all round provided very rude and shocking customer service. I had no medical aid fot 8 months hut thet kept my money. I'm still waiting for the R14k refund. So don't ever use them.. I could have died in the 8.months with no medical cover!!

When will I receive my money plus interest Fedhealth..??? I spoke to Zelda the PA of a manager. . Some other *********** person who could not speak clearly or understand and still 4 days in since 27 March.. not resolved!!!
