Feed back on authorisation for CPAP machine

I am a member of fedhealth for 18 years, i have always had good service, now it has taken 19 days to get any feedback with regards to a CPAP machine that i need, i tried to speak to a manager and the call centre just puts me on hold for ever, disgusting service, surely as a paying member i have the right to speak to a manager!
