FEDup!

<p>We were on Fedhealth but cancelled with a months notice. I then get contacted by Fedhealth saying I owe R900.00. I requested info as to what its for. So anyway,from then till now I've had VVM collections contacting me for monies. I have on numerous occasions requested info and bank details for payment to be made. Today I messaged on their Facebook page and was guaranteed someone would phone me TODAY! Needless to say no one has! I am being harrased via email and SMS from collections company and they cannot assist with info I need. They say contact Fedhealth which I have done!!!! TERRIBLE 'service' FEDup!!</p>
