Fedhelth stole my money

I cancelled my medical aid with fedhealth in June 2019 to join my employers scheme. I had a savings balance of R1805 which they refused to pay me out for and advised they would transfer to my new medical aid since November 2019. That money has still not been transferred. I also paid my medical aid in July in error and that premium is still also sitting with them for reasons only they know.

They were are great medical aid but their current service is disgusting and uncalled for.
