Fedheatlh rep**** regarding a diagnoses and responded about a different diagnoses as per email send from member

On the 6th of Feb'21 i send an email to Fedhealth telling them that I was diagnose with severe Diastasis Recti and that I wanted to find out if Fedhealth will cover this surgery or part thereof. I didn't wait long for a response which I was grateful for, but unfortunately they responded that they will cover my diabetes!! I really feel that if staff does not know what certain diagnoses mean they must not respond or rather find out on internet or from someone more knowledgeable before they just send a reply to a member - or even make changes to a medical aid. Diastasis Recti is very far from diagnoses of diabetes. I rep**** to the email / letter I received and still didn't get any response nor feedback. I really feel unhappy about this and feel that staff must get better training.
