Fedheath debit orders with no signed agreement or communication!!!

Was in contact with Hippo Regarding details and comparison on medical aid schemes. Was sent details by Hippo - one of which was a scheme of FedHealth.

I am now being debited since 1 May 2018 R *** fee and R *** loyalty.

I have not signed for ANYTHING!!!!!! This is theft. I am to have ALL transactions reversed immediately!! How can you do such a thing FedHealth and Hippo - disgusted!!
