Once again, this is a never ending story of my life. From my previous review I need to thank them for correcting my password. this was good service after my review. The second complain were not even closely attended to, and once again I received empty promises. Now have yet another problem. I have not received a salary for the month of May, and the debit order were not honored, that forced me to make alternative arrangements to make payment, to go on the chat they have on their site, I was given banking detail and reference, struggled to make payment on FNB for the recipient. This once again were escalated to Fedhealth to complete the payment, just to be told, that my medical is already suspended. After all the conversations, and do not forget that, the same day the debit order were unpaid, I wrote an email to *** with my correct med aid number and have not received, any answer or notification.
