Fedhealths PATHETIC service

Worst Medical Aid I ever had to deal with. Had to get Hospital Authorization for a Knee Operation , 1st they decline it due to insufficient clinical information. Then they approve it 2 phone calls ( 20 min each) and a scan report later ( which I had to email 5 time to 3 different emails ) . After they approved the operation I had to call them 2 more times ( 20 min calls ) for a authorization number - they were waiting for someone to overwrite the declined status that took them 3 DAYS to do. So 2 weeks later I now only have a reference number for a operation and a lovely R 4200 co payment !
