FEDHEALTH your customer service is shocking to say the least

Fedhealth has THE worst customer service EVER. It is always a terrible experience for me and i find myself even getting anxious when having to deal with them regarding my medical aid. This doesn't help much when trying to sort out your health insurance issues. Surely you should have a great customer experience when dealing with your medical aid or even just a reliable response to your queries. I have now sent 3 THREE emails to ********** and ********** for assistance on a request. I have not received any form of acknowledgement and not even an email to say that my request is being dealt with.
