Fedhealth worst service

Worst medical aid. After 100 if emails phone calls drs motivatiom letter i still wait for my mother 82yr who had a massive stroke in 2018 pradaxa to be on chronicle. My parents pay R12 000pm to be on Fedhealth. We submitted all form and dr also submitted as requested still they told me yesterday they dont have INR test. Last week they told me they got it. I am fedup going to Medical board
