Fedhealth WORST MEDICAL AID EVER ,DO NOT JOIN , Run in the opposite direction

Worst medical aid ever I ran out of funds in September of 2018 and that’s ok I used them up I have nothing on my savings . On the25th of December I rush my son to the ER as he was I’ll he was treated and sent home on the very same day but his condition got worse rather than better so I rushed him again to the ER differentl hospital different province he was treated again and sent home I received an email from fedhealth letting me know both my claims have been received and processed. On the 10 of January 2019 I received I call from hospital number 1 telling me I have an account due as I have not paid for the ER visit so I try to call the (call center ) to get to the bottom of it and I’m told that my savings have been depleated that’s why it hasn’t been paid but funny enough hospital number 2 dated 29 dec 2018 ER Visit was paid off with no problem and call center agent try to spin me a story and told me to call again the next day I tried calling got through after hours of being put on hold only to be put on hold again until my airtime ran out, I called again trying to understand what is happening and to get help but I was put on hold again my airtime ran out again I bought more airtime and called I explained to the agent that I’d rather not be put on hold cause no one gets back to me ,he took down my numbers and promised to call me later on on the day if my airtime runs out again but he never got back to me and my issue is still not resolved can someone please get back to me to help resolve my issue . Feadhelth is the WORST MEDICAL AID SCHEME EVER I regret switching to FEADHEALTH I PAY A MONTHLY PREMIUM BUT WHEN SERVICES HAVE TO BE RENDERED FEADHEALTH FALLS FLAT ON DELIVERY.
