Fedhealth with NO SERVICE from any person

I have also encountered issues with Fedhealth as there are no service amounts the Customer Service...this has been going on since 2023 and no return call..emails and responses to their whatsapp group...no one could resolve my suspension ...they suspended my Memembership due to them not advising me in due course of my increase as I pay the by EFT...there was only 1 person that tried really hard to assist but the others were waiting to get rid of you and your query...its shocking how people get away with service delivery well in our Country that is very possible...very sad indeed that Medical Aids play around with people's lives...they do not understand that we require medical care and the response I received from Fedhealth is unacceptable.
