Fedhealth will only provide you with one card

I complained about not receiving my membership cards in time and a dependents card was sent to me via courier. Kindly send me a main member card as you have sent me one card for my dependents.Surely it cannot be the standard to send one membership card per customer. I'm really disappointed with the handling of my account by fedhealth. I have followed up with them to let them know they only sent me one card so far there is no feedback. This is a straight forward thing why is fedhealth failing me so much? I am just at the beginning of my membership. Right now I want to cancel my membership with them. Surely I should regard the fact that for my queries to be attended I have to go to such extreme measure as a red flag.
