FEDHEALTH - WHERE YOUR HEALTH IS A JOKE

Sooooooo…….. Fedhealth strikes again!!! With their useless service and useless medical aid. My husband complained at FEDHEALTH - LAST WEEK THURSDAY - 28/06/2018 And STILL have not received a response to his email. But wait... Its because it is about MY money that I pay MONTHY and get f*ck all FOR!!!!!!!! You guys cover jack sh*t - and when you do cover - then I the "patient" must get my own authorization, or you cover only R10.42 and I have to pay in the other R800 of the bill - because your staff does not know what they are doing. One staff member gives information and then when we are in a situation we call and then another staff member tells my husband that the previous staff member was actually just talking bull**** to get us of his/her back. WOW - WHAT SHAMEFULL SERVICE. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REPLY TO MY QUERY I HAVE. I WANT A MEDICAL REP- OR WHATEVER YOU CALL THOSE PEOPLE selling your **** of a medical aid to come and see me. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!!!

Honestly - I don't even know why I am complaining about the service if there is not any....
