Fedhealth, what a nightmare of a service level!
If I could give a zero I would have..... I have been struggling since 19 April to get a self-funded portion added to Threshold. I have sent emails on 19 April, 6 May, 4 June, 11 June, 14 June, 21 June and 24 June to have the issue sorted. Eventually on the 24th of June I decided to email the Ombudsman. My case was given to Amore Meyer and she contacted me 25 June. On 1 July she informed me that an incident was logged with the technical department to assist to resolve the issue and to allow for the claim to accumulate correctly to the Threshold. From 1 July I have followed up to no joy, no progress. After several emails I was informed on 1 August that the incident was now escalated to a team leader in the development space. From 1 August I only get the following answer: "I am just letting you know that I follow up on the matter logged with the technical department on a daily basis and that the team has escalated the request to the team leader in the development space." Same answer "copy and paste" each time. I have reached out to Fedhealth via Messenger, they keep on saying it is getting urgent attention and someone will phone but nothing changes, it remains an empty promise. Since 1 July I received one missed call from your office and just a copy paste response from Amore. IN total I have sent 18 emails to Fedhealth. On the internet you say: FedHealth's Values. They were founded on the principles of honesty, compassion, reliability, quality and the drive to succeed.
Quality? Drive to succeed? I do not think that FedHealth is adhering to these valuable principles. Do Fedhealth really think it is in order to let a medical aid member struggle so much to get ONE query resolved?
November month we need to choose our medical aid option, surely it would not be Fedhealth again as your service delivery and experience since April has been horrific. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FEDHEALTH!!!!!
