Fedhealth, WHAT A JOKE!!!

I wish I didn't have to rate with one star, as they don't deserve that. I was supposed to have back surgery tomorrow 18/12/2025, I get told the day of that they are declining the request. Their replying that it's not covered. I joined Fedhealth in April, but I paid for every doctor's visit. I paid for specialists visits and didn't bother to claim for it because of all the excuses. I couldn't activate my savings,as I always got an error on the app. I used my medical aid in November, and i had to pay then. Why do we have to pay exorbitant amounts for something that doesn't work??? I need someone to explain why they declined my procedure. Fedhealth is the most useless medical aid i have ever been on.
