Fedhealth we are struggling! Please notice us!

I requested an upgrade on my medical aid during September 2022. As on this day (24 January 2023) I still struggle to get this matter settled. During this period, and due to circumstance regarding my health, I had to: Remove my wife from my membership Register my wife as a member on her own Upgrade my membership plan My wife's application is still hanging My application was successful, but with a much higher premium than what was quoted initially. (From the R13000/R14000 per month for myself, it suddenly was changed to R24000 + per month) I am on Fedhealth's highest plan, but still had to make a co-payment of more than a R 1000. I requested assistance numerous times.... Regarding myself and my wife's struggle to get our medical aid in place, as we can not afford to go without the benefits, but without success. We now have no option as to use this forum to get service and assistance.
