FEDHEALTH wake up

My friend was in ICU for about 3 weeks and High Care for about 1 week, She came out of Hospital on 22nd October, before coming out of hospital I was told by the physiothe****** treating her in hospital that she could walk 20 steps (this is not true) she can only stand for 1 minute she is unable to walk. I have been trying to get authorization for a physiothe****** to come to the house to help her regain her muscles to walk, this has not been done by Fedhealth. I have requested for authorization for her to go to a 'step down clinic or alternative clinic. I was told that I must find a place as they do not know of anyplace. I found a place but have been sent from pillar to post. I eventually after numerous calls got an email address ********** to send in a request asked for a response for my email did not get a response so once again I started phoning and was told by a "3rd party" she would contact the person who the email was sent, although my request was for help for a step down clinic or alternative care clinic I was told that Fedhealth do not cater for "Frail Care" this was not my request in the email I also sent a referral note from her GP. To me this is unacceptable, I have no idea where to go to from here. I will not give up, Fedhealth need to understand that people will not just let things go. Fedhealth now have a 'Live chat room' I spent about 15 minutes trying to speak to someone the response time was pathetic.
