FEDHEALTH USELESS
This is my 2nd complaint on Hellopeter regarding FEDHEALTH MEDICAL SCHEME. *** STILL NO REPLY FROM FEDHEALTH REGARDING MY QUERY DATED 29 MARCH 2021 - IT IS NOW TUESDAY 6 APRIL 2021 AND ONCE AGAIN FEDHEALTH CHOOSE TO IGNORE A CLIENT.
DISGUSTED WITH THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE!!

I had not heard anything from Fedhealth regarding my query (***) pertaining to my refund amount of R1424 (Dental work - Dr Crawley) and the fact that amount of R2077 worth of claims has been duplicated during the course of the last few months. I have tried contacting Fedhealth numerous times and DO NOT GET ANY ANSWER FROM THEM, i am told the "finance dept" will be in touch with you. NOBODY HAS CALLED ME FROM FINANCE DEPT.!
I have still not received my refund of R1424 NOR HAS THE DUPLICATED CLAIMS ISSUE BEEN RESOLVED, THEREFORE I HAVE TERMINATED MY MEMBERSHIP WITH FEDHEALTH AS OF WEDNESDAY 8 APRIL 2021 AND I HAVE STOPPED MY DEBIT ORDER!
