FEDHEALTH USELESS!!

I have been a Fedhealth member for over a year now and ever since i have been with them I have had nothing but problems and complications concerning claims. Last year I had dental work done and there was a huge mistake with duplicate of claims been processed. It took over two months to settle the issues and finally get refunded from Fedhealth. Now again, in March i am having exactly the same problems, a fault lying with Fedhealth, agents/consultants capturing my claims by duplicating them and completely messing up my medical aid causing me to have no funds available. OUTRAGEOUS AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I am also due a refund for the amount of R1424 and today was told by Fedhealth that the refund will not be done and amount transferred into my account due to the fact that the claims were captured "twice/duplicated" and that i have reached my "threshold". I AM COMPLETELY FEDUP AND SICK AND TIRED OF FEDHEALTH MAKING MAKING MISTAKES/ERRORS WITH MY MEDICAL AID, CAPTURING CLAIMS MORE THAN ONCE, INCONVENIENCING ME. I FIND FEDHEALTH COMPLETELY IN-COMPETANT AND USELESS MEDICAL AID!! I WILL BE CHANGING OVER TO DISCOVERY HEALTH!
