Fedhealth- unsatisfactory service

It has taken us almost one week to get authorisation for an operation which is tomorrow 7am. They unable to provide answers and don’t cover all of the operation and are requesting constant requotes while I am on the maxima executive plan. No supervisors or superiors to talk to. Completely unacceptable service.
