FEDHEALTH UNFAIR

On the 1 st of June 2017 and 28th of November 2017 I went to our network doctor for my yearly chronic prescription.

After my appointment in June I chat with Fedhealth (Abby) and confirmed that the doctor visit came from my 2 chronic visits, and not my 1 yearly doctor visit. I received confirmation that it came off from my chronic visit (I also took a screen shot that I attached) When I contacted Fedhealth this morning 11th of December Mike said that on 1st of June the visit came off from both my 1 normal doctor visit and chronic visit!!!!????
