Fedhealth - uncaring and inequitable.

I have repeatedly, since November 2020, tried to get onto the Fedhealth Weight Loss Program that they offered members. Because I live outside of the urban sprawl they just couldn't care less and therefore the weight loss program is not available to me. Where is the equity? Where is the fairness. I pay my membership like everyone else. I have called, emailed, tweeted and all I get is empty promises and no action. Fedhealth do not care about members who do not fit the 'box' of being in an urban area
