Fedhealth threatening and not reading mails, they just dont care

This is the worst medical scheme ever. You cancel, pay your last installment. you advise them that you dont have anymore money because of personal difficulties, still they want another months installment....haven't received a contract nothing, all done telephonically.

Worst is, i spoke to a lady at Fed health, she advised me its fine, just make the last payment for October and state on mail to cancel from end of October because of personal issues. still i get threats of they will reverse all claims etc. next step will be consumer protection act.

Never join this company telephonically never! you think you have a medical aid, meantime its only a hospital plan with stupid things like wallets etc.
