FEDHEALTH *******

If i could give NO stars for Fedhealth - Fedsure i would... Fedhealth has to be the most DISGUSTING medical aid company i have ever seen. I terminated my membership with Fedhealth in April this year due to incompetance, disgusting service and recently received an account from my pharmacy claiming that i still owe money to the amount of R1796/22 when i was still on medical aid with Fedhealth. I was informed by the accountant from the pharmacy that Fedhealth have now, 7 months later, reversed all claims that were processed earlier this year dating back to January 2021. I was also informed by the pharmacy's accountant that she had spoken with Fedhealth and she was told that my membership was "terminated" at the time of the claims which is ****ING BULL****. WHY THE **** IS FEDSURE NOW COMING WITH AN EXCUSE THAT THEY WILL NOT PAY THE CLAIMS WHICH WAS PROCESSED 7 MONTHS AGO, WHICH I HAD SAVINGS IN MY MEDIVAULT AT THE TIME???? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! I AM TAKING THIS MATTER UP WITH AN ATTORNEY AS FEDSURE ARE ******, THEY TAKE YOUR MONTHLY PREMIUM BUT WHEN IT COMES TO PAYING YOUR CLAIMS THEY REFUSE..

UTTERLY DISGUSTED - CANT BELIEVE THIS ****ING USELESS COMPANY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!!
