Fedhealth thee worst

Fedhealth has told me the wrong information when I took up the medical aid I find all this out when I have to see a doctor and find out about I have to pay cash... Their consultants are slow with almost no assistance at all , long phone call waits. And blame the broker They offer absolutely no help... Worst decision I've ever made was choosing them with the false information I was told...
