Fedhealth, the nasty rash you just can't get rid of
After terminating Fedhealth in October 2019, serving my notice month in November 2019 and paying my Medivault in full in December 2019, I am still receiving statements from Fedhealth. We spend over R11 000 to get rid of Fedhealth, literary paying these people to just take their unhelpful, rude staff and expensive services, with no medical benefits to leave me alone. Fedhealth is like a nasty rash that you just can'y get rid of! Yesterday I took up the matter with Sifiso - again... My enquiry started with "why am I still receiving statements from Fedhealth if my account is settled in full?" I requested an amended statement from Fedhealth on 12 February 2020 seeing that I want the Fedhealth Saga to end in the 2019 financial year for tax purposes. According to him, they never received my request, even though I have the chat bot conversation and an e-mail reference number. Sifiso was also charming enough to say: "We are not harassing anyone, if there is still money outstanding then the statements will be automatically sent. There was no data on email received on query reference number 120220QWKRFG. Okay, no problem then, the statements will no longer be sent to you." Sifiso, there is still a problem, you didn't resolve the problem, you just aggravated me even more. First they where deducting R925 in 2019 for the Medivault. I confirmed the closing balance for the Medivault as R3300, which I settled in one payment. Now suddenly in 2020, I'm still receiving statements for R675 being deducted from the R3300. This is now like being in an abusive relationship where your ex is not letting you go. Please Fedhealth, sort out your nonsense, zero my account and let me enjoy my new medical aid in peace.
