Fedhealth. the great illusion.
My husband and I have been members for several years. The actual aid is not bad, but the customer service is beyond shocking. I have reached the point where I am concerned about suffering a heart attack or stroke when contacting them with a query. Hence I just don't anymore. No matter whether you are trying to do something as simple as updating your address, or finding out what benefits you have, it's an impossible feat. You are transferred and verified to death with no resolve. Staff do not know the product. The Family Room is not functional and the more apps and Whatsapp functions they come up with the less it's possible for customers to find answers. None of it works. It's all just for an eye blind. Save yourself a lot of misery and don't, just don't do it. You can call, write, send messages on social media, and spend half your life trying to just get INFORMATION, but to no avail. If you have any other options, run away and save yourself and your family from this misery.
