FedHealth taking my money but I'm not covered

I had a debit order returned in October. FedHealth immediately suspended my membership on the following day 5th October. They then attempted to double-debit my account in November. One amount went off then other was returned unpaid (I was not expecting a double debit since I wasn't covered for October). Now the medical cover REMAINS SUSPENDED but they are charging me. What for exactly? I have never heard of something so ludicrous in my life.<br> <br> I then called FedHealth to cancel, they e-mailed me to confirm the cancellation, however they want a FULL calendar month's notice to cancel and confirmed that they will attempt to double debit me AGAIN at the end of the month and get this I WILL STILL NOT BE COVERED!??<br> <br> So FedHealth want's me to pay three months premium FOR NOTHING? I'm sorry this is unacceptable.<br> <br> I want this membership terminated by the end of this month (November) with NO FURTHER charges going off on my banking account. Failing this, I will have no choice but to:<br> <br> 1. Open a case with the police, because where I come from we have a word for taking someone's money and not providing a service<br> 2. Go to the press <br> 3. Instruct my bank that you are not authorised to debit me
