Fedhealth takes your money!

After my first horrible review of fedhealth. The saga continues. I still have not been refunded. I have been given a reference number that the savings portion will be cancelled as requested however I now receive communication via email stating that my medivault has been activated and that I will be debited separately for that. Fedhealth seriously needs to do more than just send we are sorry replies. I cannot believe that something so simple as a request to have a normal hospital plan without a savings is so hard for them to select? Choose your medical aid wisely
