Fedhealth SUCKS!
Fedhealth must be the absolute WORST medical aid scheme out there right now. My father has been awaiting approval for an URGENT pacemaker for almost 2 weeks now. The needed treatment has been sufficiently motivated by at least 2 VERY reputable cardiologists already, and he was supposed to be receiving his pacemaker today, but, of course, some “expert” at fedhealth is either sitting on his hands, or awaiting his bonus for “saving fedhealth some money” by not approving this lifesaving, urgent treatment. I am SICK of medical aid schemes treating their members like cash ***s, but when it comes to their treatment, they don’t give a damn!

The people YOU employ seem to have ZERO knowledge of how this works, now demanding “codes” for procedures from the patient??? ARE YOU DAFT?????? CAN YOU READ A CARDIOLOGISTS REPORT/MOTIVATION?????
