fedhealth sucks
I had a fedhealth medical plan, upon leaving the plan they never notified me of any outstanding payments. I then received a judgement agaoinst my name for R 2900. I paid the monies but this is now reflecting on my credit score as they have not removed it or sent the paid up letter.

17 Jan 2020, 13:19please have your agent Belinda at finance call me or send me my letter, as i call and she never has th decency to answer her office line so that I can get an answer as to where my clearance letter is. you are quick to load defaults but to remove them you take your time after i have paid the monies
