FedHealth sucks!

I have a baby boy two years old with a waiting period of 12 months added due to grommets and tonsils, we have gone and did the operations in cash as the waiting period was just to long to secure his own health and growth as a minor. Everything including hospitalization for BroncoNumie of him and all PMB claims has been returned not paid, stating due to his waiting period, and now up for our own account even though his hospitalization as well as PMB eye care claims has been denied due to this waiting period set only on grommets and tonsils, for what reason we dont know, even our agents at CureMed could not assist us even in settling this claims, as they got the same response from FedHealth, as a ****her paying almost R6 000.00 a month for this benefit and cover i personally wish to advice anyone as a family not to go with FedHealth at all, we have now got so much outstanding medical debt for treatments that has absolute nothing to do with his waiting conditions, even after we have send them all the proof that it was done with a letter from our surgeons and specialist confirming that it was done in cash payment by the policy holder and the waiting period does not apply any more on him. Stay away as they are the most unreasonable medical aid i have ever come across and will never advice any one else to go with them. To just say sorry we will not pay on conditions far removed from his grommets and tonsils, which he does not need any further surgery for, ever, is dismal to say the least and upfront *****ing our monthly fee for their own benefit and not to secure a medical cover that will look after us as a family. Stay away!!!!
