Fedhealth stuff cannot count days

So I give notice to terminate the medical aid on 27 March and today I get an email stating .....your termination query number is 270318QP79WS.

It is with regret that we have taken note of the request to terminate the membership with Fedhealth.

The request has been received and processed with effect the 30/04/2018 as we require a calendar monthsż notice, your last debit order date is the 25/04/2018 as Fedhealth is an arrears billing scheme.

Please bear in mind that Fedhealth is an arrears paying Scheme and the member will still be liable for payment of the monthly contributions at the end of the last month of cover.

The annual savings amount is made available at the beginning of the year. If the member terminates the medical aid prior to the end of the year, over utilised savings will be payable to the Scheme upon resignation.

The savings refund will be done in about 120 days after termination and will be communicated to the member when the time nears. To my knowledge the whole of April is 30 calendar but I need to pay in End of April for May, why as I am canceling. Why do I not get told if we have over used or under used the savings. This is just a copy and paste email. This person did not bother to investigate the profile and give accurate information. The admin stuff of Fedhealth seriously are a joke. I have never had a problem with the benefits if the medical aid but always with the stuff and how they tend to just be lazy. Medical aid one takes by choice and the fact that I gave notice is great now I am forced to continue for a future month this must be a joke.
