Fedhealth *****ing money from acounts!

in 2018 I requested medical scheme options from Fedhealth, filling all documents but not signing the documents as Fedhealth stated I First need to quit my current medical scheme before they will respond on a possible 3 month exclusion period. on 1 January, a debit order was deducted and my member cards was delivered via courier. Via my broker we resolved the matter for the funds to be paid back with interest and an sms was received for payment to be made on the 15th of January with out interest, yet, no return was made. this is purely theft in my opinion as no authorization was given and the money is not yet returned.
