Fedhealth *****ing from me

I've been with Fedhealth for a few years. For the last THREE years when it comes to the annual income verification there is always some excuse from there side why I get overbilled in January. I complete the Income Verification by the time they request, but still yearly I need to waste airtime to phone in (as the whatsapp system doesn't work) to rectify the issue. I only work for a small salary, and can not afford for them to "default" me to the highest bracket as they ***** up on my income verification. My reference number is 301222QGB3B7.
