Fedhealth standards has dropped so badly Pls don't join this medical aid you will regret it...

I wasn't feeling well and seldom go to the dr only every 6 months for my check up for my chronic condition..On the 5th Jan I went to the hospital emergency room as I had alot of pain and discomfort in my abdomen area...Upon arrival my blood pressure was high and sugar was low...The triage nurse took me directly through to the ward...I had an xray Fedhealth didn't pay..bloods were taken Fedhealth didn't pay...I contacted them for an authorization no for the visit to the emergency room the followings day and was told I dont need an authorization no....Today I spoke to an agent and he said I need an authorization no so he transfered me to the authorization dept..Palesa says I don't need an authorization no as everything's going to be paid from savings..I told her Diabetes and Hypertension(which I have)is a PMB and on the CDL so it should be paid from Risk She didn't want to hear anything...I transferred funds from my vault to cover these costs but all claims were rejected but yet they increased my premium...Xray showed that I have hip dysplaysia and osteoarthritis which Dr diagnosed and referred to an orthopaedic surgeon for further treatment which will be paid out of my SAVINGS I was told...Im going to pay them what I owe them for my savings that I used and then cancel my medical aid...and find a more transparent medical aid..I will be happy to pay for my chronic meds out of my pocket for 12 months....
