Fedhealth stalling 5 month to pay claims

My daughter was born via emergency c-section in January 2018. The codes was sent by the Dr. as well as a letter explaining the emergency. Fedhealth didn't pay for the c-section. They then told me when i phoned, to please send a letter from the Dr. explaining the c-section. They already got that, but i sent it again. In March i phoned and was told o we didn't see that, we will send it through to claims department. In May, i was told that they need the letter, which i told them was sent twice now, then they "found" the letter in their system and told me it will take 2 weeks before i get payment. Today i phoned them again, as it is now 3 weeks later, no correspondence from them received, to ask when i am getting paid, as the 2 weeks have passed. Then I'm told that it will take another 14 days, as it was sent yet again to another department for review. my daughter is almost 5 months old, and i am still waiting for Fedhealth to pay for her birth. I am very unhappy, and i think they are stalling because they don't WANT to pay the people what they are supposed to. They keep making excuses.
